Get started on your creative journey with our Introduction to Craft & Pottery course. This part-time course provides a relaxed and friendly environment for students to develop the basic skills in arts, crafts, and ceramics. You’ll learn to be creative in practical and innovative ways and be introduced to the various skills required to create artefacts, ceramics, textiles, sculpture, and more.
Aim
The Introduction to Craft & Pottery course aims to provide students with a grounding in basic craft and pottery skills. This course is ideal for anyone with creativity and an interest in craft.
Entry Requirements
No prior experience is necessary, only creativity and an interest in craft.

Progression
The Career Guidance Counsellor in the College is available to advise students on the various progression options. The course facilitates progression to the college’s QQI level 5 courses in Art Craft and Design or Creative Ceramics.
