Please note that the steps below will need to be completed to secure a place on your chosen course: 

  • Step 1 – Update your details and pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee of €50. 
  • Step 2- On completion of this payment, your offer of place will be secure subject to eligibility and availability of places. To finalise your registration, you will then be required to complete an online Learner Details Form.  You will be contacted mid-August 2025 with further instructions on this final step. 

STEP 1: Accepting your Offer and Updating Form

  1. Login to your Enrol account. To access eNROL click here: https://ams.enrol.ie/cfedundrum/2025    
  2. Enter your Enrol Username/ID ( e.g. 2025XXXX) and your Password in the relevant fields and click Login. To complete this step you will need your Username/ID and Password found in the email acknowledgment you received when you first applied (if you cannot find this you can search your email from “smtprelay@mit.ie” or by clicking the “Forgot your password” and a reminder email will be sent to you).

  3. Complete the Update Form by clicking the link at the end of the landing page on Enrol. The Update Form button is highlighted in yellow.

    Complete all the required fields as indicated by the * , then submit:

  4. Once you have completed the Update Form, you will be able to progress to payment. Complete all necessary payment fields and submit to complete your acceptance of place. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

    Select the “Payments” tab at the top of the eNROL page: 

    This will bring you to the Payment Dashboard.  Select the relevant fee and amount using the drop-down fields.  Click the checkbox for “Terms and Conditions” and then click Pay Now: 

    Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment details. 

    Having made payment, this will secure your offer of place through to our Step 2 process, which commences mid August 2025. Please note that it will be important to follow instructions and complete any further steps in the timeframes communicated at that time. Waiting lists may apply if completion of the Learner Detail Form in Step 2 below is not completed in the relevant timeframe.

STEP 2: (From Mid August 2025)
Completing the Learner Detail Form 
 

You will then receive correspondence from the college in August 2025 requiring you to finalise your registration by completion of our Learner Detail Form. You are required to fill this out during the period leading up to your Induction week. The information collected is vital to help us improve our service to you and to improve education and training in Ireland. All information provided is GDPR compliant.  If you are under the age of 18 you must provide the college with an additional parental consent document during Induction (click here to access the document which you must be signed by your guardian/parent and returned to the college by upload to Enrol, or by email or post).

Completing the Learner Detail Form  

Click the Learner Detail Form button at the bottom of the landing page and complete all mandatory fields and sections (as indicated by the * on the screenshots below) 


Complete all sections from 1 to 5.  

Then tick the data protection statement before submitting the form.  

Having completed these steps, you will then have been fully registered on your chosen course, subject to eligibility and availability of places. Following this you will be invited to attend your induction session which commence in early September 2025.
