Aim
The Introduction to Craft & Pottery course provides students with a grounding in the basic skills of arts, crafts and ceramics. This part-time course has a focus on how to be creative in practical and innovative ways. Students will be introduced to the various skills required to create artefacts, ceramics, textiles, sculpture etc. in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Entry Requirements
Creativity and an interest in craft desirable.

Progression
The Career Guidance Counsellor in the College is available to advise students on the various progression options but the course facilitates progression to the college’s QQI level 5 courses in Art Craft and Design or Creative Ceramics.
